Finland has a President and as a Prime Minister

Finland  has a President and as a Prime Minister who seem to be very popular. Yet, there seems to be part of the population who is extremely doubtful of whether they are really capable to be able to understand the current state of world politics. The Russian attack in Ukraine they seem to be able to draw conclusions that are realistic in view of Finnish historical experience.
